We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Dispatch Officer to join our operations team. This position offers a varied and fast‑paced working workplace, where no two days are the same. The role operates on a 4‑day roster, providing a balanced structure while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer orders for domestic and international dispatch with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate outgoing freight, including shipment preparation, courier bookings, and international logistics
- Maintain accurate documentation through precise data entry and PDA‑based recording
- Support goods‑in operations by assisting with unloading deliveries, verifying stock,



and preparing items for quality control
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain reliable inventory records
- Monitor and rotate finished goods to ensure correct expiry management

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
