Contract Maintenance Scheduler

Your New Opportunity

As the Contracts Maintenance Scheduler, you’ll play an important role in supporting the Service and Sales teams by coordinating effective maintenance solutions for customers operating vehicles under service contract agreements.

Based in Wacol, you’ll be responsible for scheduling upcoming service and maintenance work, ensuring customers and internal stakeholders have clear and timely information around service contract performance and utilisation.

You’ll also support the preparation of Repair & Maintenance Contract Plans and fleet tenders, while providing administrative support to the Service Contract Administrator and wider Technical Services team.

A key part of the role will be managing in-vehicle telematics systems and commissioning new units into the correct environments, helping ensure accurate information is available to support effective maintenance planning.

You’ll also prepare and provide monthly service history reports to customers and internal stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and contribute to a high level of customer service.

About you:

- You’ll have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple service and maintenance requirements effectively.
- You’ll have excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with maintenance scheduling and costing is highly desirable.




- Experience in Repair and Maintenance contract administration or warranty claims processing will be advantageous.
- You’ll be confident working with Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn and utilise relevant systems, including in-vehicle telematics platforms.
- You’ll have strong logical thinking and sound reasoning skills, with the ability to identify practical solutions to customer and operational requirements.
- You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to adapt as priorities evolve.
- A trade or technical background will be highly regarded.
