Full Time Role | Based in Waroona | Monday – Friday

Summary:

The Quality Control & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring JRM plant and equipment entering and leaving the workshop is presented, inspected, documented and prepared to a consistent high standard.

You will take ownership of the physical condition, cleanliness, presentation, cosmetic repairs and pre-mobilisation quality control of equipment moving through the workshop.

The objective is simple:

Every machine leaving the JRM workshop should look professional, be complete, be properly documented and be ready to go to work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating equipment arrival, cleaning and workshop progression
- Managing wash-bay activities, consumables and cleaning standards
- Inspecting panels, guards, steps, handrails, decals and other components
- Coordinating cosmetic, fabrication and paint repairs
- Conducting final pre-mobilisation quality-control inspections
- Maintaining tyre reports, rim registers and equipment compliance records
- Coordinating equipment readiness with workshop,



yard and transport personnel
- Providing practical direction to Yardies and Trades Assistants

The successful candidate will have robust attention to detail, practical knowledge of heavy equipment or workshop operations, sound recordkeeping skills and the confidence to identify and escalate safety, mechanical or presentation defects.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in a workshop and mobile plant environment
- White Card
- Trade qualification in HD mechanic desirable
- Unrestricted WA driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience with mobile plant and earthmoving equipment
