Alevia Medical Weight Loss in East Melbourne is hiring a full time front desk receptionist to own the day-to-day patient flow. You will welcome patients, answer calls, manage appointments, handle payments and Medicare claims, and keep records accurate while coordinating with doctors and the team.

We're seeking someone naturally organised, calm under pressure and comfortable with healthcare software. Prior medical reception experience is preferred but a keenness to learn is equally valued.
