We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Software Trainer to join our growing Professional Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others learn, building relationships and delivering positive customer experiences.

You do not need previous software training experience to apply.

If you've worked in customer service, onboarding, support, training, coaching, education, administration or a similar role where you've helped people learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you.

We'll provide the support, training and mentoring you need to build a successful career in software training and professional services.

The Job

- This role would suit someone with experience in training, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, customer service or supporting people through change. Previous software training experience is not required. We are looking for potential, curiosity and a genuine desire to help others learn and succeed.

- This is a hybrid role with 5 work-from-home days and 5 days in our South Brisbane office per fortnight

What you'll be doing

As a Software Trainer, you'll work closely with customers to help them confidently use our software and get the most value from their investment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering engaging online and face-to-face training sessions.

- Supporting customers as they learn and adopt our software.

- Developing knowledge of our products, features and customer workflows.

- Providing feedback to improve training materials and customer resources.

- Working with the broader Professional Services team to ensure positive customer outcomes.

- Building trusted relationships with customers throughout their learning journey.

About you

You might currently be:

- Delivering internal training in your organisation.

- Working in customer service, customer success, software support or administration.

- Teaching, coaching or mentoring others.

- Supporting people through change or new processes.

- Looking for your next career step into software training and qualified services.

We're looking for someone with strong transferable skills and the potential to become an exceptional trainer. Previous experience in software training, learning design or consulting is not required.
