About the role

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Commercial team in the role of general accounts and administration duties. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.





Duties include but are not limited to:

- Manage and maintain the vehicle fleet including accident management
- Co-ordinate the purchasing and replacement of vehicles and manage all vehicle-related expenses
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Raise, issue and manage purchase orders
- Provide general office administration and administrative support
- Co-ordinate and book travel arrangements for managers and other employees as required.

Skills & experience

- Experience or high exposure in accounts payable and invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with experience in Excel and formulas
- Fleet car exposure
- Experience in HRIS
