Laguna Noosa Holidays is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join the team in a part-time capacity. This is a three day a week, part-time position including Saturdays, designed to provide a positive work-life balance while maintaining a high level of service for guests and clients. You will play an important role in ensuring guests, owners, trades and clients receive a personalized and professional service.

Key responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional service to clients and guests
- Manage front reception and respond to telephone calls and emails
- Book and follow up guest reservations
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Prepare keys for guests, trade services and property managers
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Support the team with problem solving and guest enquiries as required

About you

- Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence
- Previous holiday letting or property management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Home Hero and RMS is preferred but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to client relationships
- Positive,
