We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our Banquets and Events team in the following roles:
As a Banquet Server, you’ll help deliver seamless and memorable events through attentive food and beverage service, thoughtful guest interactions and meticulous event setup and pack-down.
As an Event Floor Manager, you’ll lead the team on the floor and oversee the operational delivery of each event. You’ll coordinate service, manage event timings and work closely with the culinary and events teams to ensure every detail is executed to an exceptional standard.
These roles require flexibility across a rotating seven-day roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in banquets, events, bars, restaurants or premium hospitality.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Warm, confident and professional communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow event specifications.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and adaptable in a rapid-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.
- Strong leadership and event operations experience for the Event Floor Manager role.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
- A passion for sustainability and doing things thoughtfully.
