We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Legal Assistant/Reception position with a well-established Perth law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, personable and keen to build their skills within a qualified legal environment.

The role can be full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.00pm, or four days per week, with some flexibility around the right candidate's availability.

What will you be doing?
You'll provide general administrative and reception support across the office, with responsibilities including:

- Answering incoming calls and assisting with reception enquiries
- Monitoring and responding to reception emails
- General email and administrative support
- Managing office printers and stationery supplies
- Processing timesheets
- Assisting with boardroom meetings and room preparation
- Managing staff amenities and general office requirements
- Banking
- Archiving and maintaining files
- Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the office

You don't need years of legal experience for this role — it's all about attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
