The Opportunity:

As a Build Foreman at Solutions+, you’ll lead the delivery of construction and building projects across the Central Coast. You’ll oversee projects from site establishment through to completion, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials and day-to-day site activities. Working alongside Tier 1 clients and contractors, you’ll drive safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery while leading your team on site.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day site delivery of a large build project in the Central Coast.
- Supervise crews, subcontractors and site activities to keep the project moving efficiently.
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Manage construction works across the amenities block from site establishment through to completion.
- Read and interpret plans,



drawings and specifications to ensure works are delivered to scope.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, productivity and timelines are maintained.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues early and implement practical solutions on site.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance across the project.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, engineers and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Lead the project through to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

What will you need?

- Build/structures construction experience
- Foreman or Site Manager experience
- Tier 1 project experience (highly desirable)
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
- Current driver’s licence (auto or manual)
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
