- Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior roles, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while driving workforce success.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $108,413 – $120,287 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

- Deliver best-practice, end-to-end talent acquisition services with a strong focus on P&G; appointments, including high-profile, senior and complex roles across the University.
- Partner closely with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, ensure compliance, and support workforce capability.
- Contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects that enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and service delivery.

About you





- Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end talent acquisition services, with demonstrable experience recruiting roles within a complex or large organisation.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance.
- Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
