What Woodbine is looking for:

- Drivers licence is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have current NDIS Worker Screening clearance. The NDIS number must be supplied to Woodbine for verification.
- Kindness, patience and empathy and a desire to make a positive impact in other people’s lives.
- Current level First Aid and CPR
- Certificate IV in Individual Support or equivalent is desirable.
