What you’ll be doing.

You’ll play an important hands-on role in keeping homes, common areas and grounds clean, protected, tidy and welcoming for residents and visitors. This will include carrying out regular site inspections, identifying maintenance needs or hazards early, and ensuring issues are reported and followed up through the right channels. You’ll also be a friendly and reliable on-site presence, supporting residents, contractors and colleagues with clear, respectful communication. From helping coordinate contractor access to keeping simple records up to date using email and basic computer systems, your contribution will help ensure day-to-day site operations run smoothly and safely.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in caretaking, property services, facilities support, cleaning, grounds maintenance or another practical, hands-on role.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to notice what needs doing, solve everyday problems and take ownership of site presentation.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and respond to changing needs.
- A calm, respectful communication style and a genuine interest in supporting residents and working well with others.
- ·Comfort using basic computer programs, including email, to record information, update systems and follow up tasks.

Please note, this role requires a satisfactory National Police Check, a National NDIS Worker Screening Check and the relevant state-based Working with Children Check.
