Position Overview

A rare and exciting opportunity has now arisen to join our Industrial & Employment Law (I&E;) team in Sydney and/or Brisbane. This role will have you working with other likeminded lawyers and forming part of our wider National I&E; team across the country. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with flexible work options available to enjoy working across both home and office. The level of this role is adaptable and will be dependent on your experience.

Key to your success in this position will be a previous knowledge of employment and industrial law, together with a proactive, passionate and results driven nature.

Our I&E; Lawyers assist and represent both union and individual clients in industrial and employment law matters such as:

- Underpayments
- Workplace disputes
- Industrial action proceedings
- Enterprise bargaining
- Unfair dismissals and general protections claims
- Discrimination
- Workplace investigations
- Bullying and harassment.

Experience





- Significant experience as an Employment and/or Industrial Relations Lawyer with proven post admission experience of at least 7 years.
- Proven ability to conduct all levels of litigation in the relevant Courts and Commissions/Tribunals.
- Significant experience representing employees and Unions
- Positive and effective leadership and management of staff
- Active skills in increasing clientele and building external networks
