Site Supervisor
Join a well-established fitout and refurbishment business delivering a robust pipeline of projects across Sydney.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Run day-to-day site operations and drive the construction programme
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and services trades
- Maintain WHS&E;, QA and site reporting requirements
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship and finishes
- Manage site issues and keep projects moving
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

About You

- Commercial or residential construction experience
- Experience delivering projects valued at $1M+
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Confident reading plans, drawings and construction programmes
- Trade background preferred
- White Card essential
- Understanding of WHS and QA requirements
- Experience with Procore, OneBreadcrumb, HammerTech or similar construction software
