Are you an experienced Residential Sales Administrator looking for a part time role offering genuine flexibility?

Our client is an established property business based in Inner Western Suburbs seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide hands-on support to a successful property professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows residential real estate administration and wants flexibility around their working week.

The Role
Working approximately 20–25 hours per week, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day sales administration support
- Preparing and processing sales documentation
- Managing listings and property information
- Coordinating contracts and documentation throughout the sales process
- Liaising with buyers, sellers and relevant third parties
- Updating CRM/database information
- General administration and correspondence
- Supporting the sales process through to settlement

About You You will ideally have:

- Previous residential real estate Sales Administration experience




- Strong understanding of the WA residential sales process
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong systems and computer skills
- A reliable and proactive approach
