ENGEO Australia is growing, our team is humming, and we’re gearing up for a big back half of the year. We have an exciting pipeline of work ahead, and we’re looking for senior engineer or geologist to help keep things moving.

You could be based in either our Gold Coast or Brisbane office, or split your time between the two.

The job.

In this role, you will be driving projects forward, ensuring they are well planned and well managed, while providing technical advice and expert judgement along the way. You’ll be working directly with clients, contractors, and external consultants, managing complex investigations and overseeing large-scale programs of work from start to finish.

What will you be doing?

- Leading the planning and delivery of site investigations

- Providing expert geotechnical advice on ground engineering assessments

- Full lifecycle project management – from planning through to completion

- Owning project commercial performance and managing risk

- Managing client relationships and supporting business development

- Driving proposal development and tender submissions

Who are you?

We’re looking for a senior consultant with a well-rounded background who is confident managing large-scale, complex projects. You may be an engineering geologist or a geotechnical engineer, and you’ll be highly capable of balancing technical delivery with fantastic client service and careful commercial management.

We are looking for someone with:

- 8+ years’ relevant consulting experience

- Strong project management and leadership skills





- Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects in parallel

- Client consulting skills and commercial awareness

- Expert knowledge of ground engineering principles and best practice

- A solutions-focused approach to delivering effective outcomes for clients

- Chartered status – PEngGeol, CPEng, or equivalent
