West Pacific Group is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Overview of your role/ job descriptions:

Junior Project Manager:
You’ll play a key role in leading civil projects from start to finish, managing subcontractors and using internal labour crews throughout projects along running separate projects for our internal labour crews.

Day to day duties include but not limited too:
•Oversee contracts, technical specifications, and compliance requirements for each project.
•Manage stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, councils, and regulatory authorities.
•Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and contract variations.
•Participate in tender reviews alongside our estimator, with the expectation to then lead into producing small quotations.
•Conduct project reviews to identify improvements for future projects, based on both budget and program deliverables.
•Foster strong client relationships,



ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
•Ensure all Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are documented and implemented.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry.

- Strong client management capabilities.

- Strong general business acumen including driving business growth and maintaining our strong reputation of providing a first-class service.

- Proactive and results driven attributes.

- The ability to problem solve and support clients when issues are escalated.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build long-term client relationships and to support the team located in your depot.

- The ability to work autonomously or in a team, depending on business requirements.

- A high level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Australian residency with full working rights.
