These opportunities sit within a fast-paced operational environment and will play an important role in supporting HSE systems, compliance, injury management, wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement across diverse facilities management operations.

HSE Manager – NSW/ACT (2651)

Reporting to the General Manager – Health, Safety and Environment, the HSE Manager will lead the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of HSE management systems across regional operations, while playing a visible, hands-on role in supporting safe and compliant operations.

Working closely with operational leaders and frontline teams, this role will provide practical HSE leadership, guidance and support across day-to-day operations, including incident investigations, audits and inspections, risk assessments, hazard management, training, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This position will oversee and support the regional HSE Business Partner to drive consistent HSE standards and continuous improvement across the business.

HSE Business Partner – NSW (2654)





The HSE Business Partner role is a hands-on operational position that supports the implementation, application and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures and programs across City’s facilities management operations. Working closely with operational leaders and frontline teams, this role will provide practical HSE advice, guidance and support across day-to-day activities, including incident investigations, hazard management, audits and inspections, risk assessments, training, reporting and stakeholder consultation.

The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting compliance, strengthening safety capability and supporting positive HSE outcomes across regional operations.

About You

To be successful in these opportunities, you will bring relevant tertiary qualifications in OHS, Environmental Management, together with demonstrated experience in an operational HSE environment.

You will have a sound understanding of HSE legislation and compliance frameworks, robust stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments. A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach will be essential to success in these roles.

These are remote, home-based positions requiring regular operational travel.
