Mamasita is Melbourne's original high-energy Mexican restaurant located in the heart of the CBD. Think hand-pressed tacos, the best margaritas and a high-energy vibe looking after 200-400 guests each day.

Since 2009 we have been serving up fun, elevated Mexican street food, cocktails and epic vibes across 7 days of the week - looking after every guest like they are regulars, and regulars like they are family! And right now we're looking for professional and experienced Front of House (Servers & runners) to join our warm, professional team.

Experience, Skills & Attitude required;

- Experience as a Section Server, Runner or Cocktail Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume venue where guest experience is the focus - at least two years

- Can confidently handle and enjoy looking after a section of 6-8 tables, consistently delivering a tight but personality-led sequence of service

- A genuine care and confidence in looking after people and great (and we mean excellent!) banter





- Outgoing personality - naturally a glass half full always

- Care for attention to detail and a high professionalism in how you work, without taking yourself too seriously

- RSA required

What we offer you:

- Restaurant Award Level 3 to 5 based on experience plus generous weekly tips

- 20-30hrs per week (we require you to be available a minimum of 20hrs per week)
