As a key part of our management team, our Bar Manager is a service-based role that leads our awesome bar team in services to deliver drinks to our guests. They are passionate about leading by example and holding our team to our high standards while supporting them with initial and ongoing training and development alongside the leadership team.

Experience, Skills & Attitude required;

- At least 2-years experience in a similar bar leadership role including in running a beverage programme that includes stock control and batching

- Experience working in a very busy, fast paced restaurant (300+ covers in a service)

- A passion for training and mentoring in both service and product knowledge





- An obsessive level of detail and organisation to set up every service up for success

- A genuine team person. We love working hard but we love looking after and out for each other too

- Belief in our values of care, excellence and consistency

- A passion for agave spirits would be an advantage
