Holly & Ivy is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Team Members to join our stores at Highpoint and Westfield Doncaster for the Christmas season.

We’re looking for confident retail people who love providing exceptional customer service, working with beautiful products and being part of the energy of Christmas retail.

Successful applicants will be based at either our Highpoint or Westfield Doncaster store, depending on their preferred location, availability and our rostering requirements.

About the role

As part of our seasonal retail team, you'll help deliver a warm and memorable Holly & Ivy experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, confident and attentive customer service

- Assisting customers with product selection and purchases

- Processing sales accurately through our POS system

- Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising standards

- Keeping the store beautifully presented throughout the day

- Receiving, unpacking and moving stock as required





- Assisting with opening and closing procedures

- Supporting the team during busy Christmas trading periods

About you

- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment

- Robust customer service and communication skills

- Confidence using POS systems and processing transactions

- Excellent presentation and attention to detail

- A proactive, hands-on approach

- Reliability and strong time management

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple customers

- Previous retail experience is essential
