Enterprise Networking | Solution Design | Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Network Consultant to join a growing Professional Services team delivering enterprise networking solutions across a range of customer environments.

This is a customer-facing consulting role suited to someone who is comfortable working across the full project lifecycle — from understanding requirements and developing technical designs through to implementation, migration and handover.

You will work on a variety of network transformation, refresh, wireless, security and data centre projects, supporting customers with practical, well-designed solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand business and technical requirements

- Running discovery sessions and technical workshops

- Developing high-level and detailed network designs

- Producing technical documentation, implementation plans and handover material

- Delivering network upgrades, migrations and transformation projects

- Providing technical input into solution scoping and presales activity

- Assessing technical risks and recommending appropriate solutions

- Troubleshooting and stabilising complex network environments

- Working collaboratively with architects, engineers, project teams and customer stakeholders





- Presenting technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

About you

You will ideally have:

- 5+ years' experience in enterprise networking

- Experience in a consulting, project delivery or Skilled Services environment

- Strong routing, switching and wireless networking experience

- Experience across enterprise network security technologies

- Exposure to identity-based networking and secure access solutions

- Demonstrated experience delivering network refreshes and migrations

- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience producing technical design documentation

- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly regarded

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

- Data centre networking

- Software Defined Networking

- Cloud networking

- Network security and segmentation

- Network automation or scripting

- Technical presales

- Vendor certifications

- Large-scale wireless deployments
