About the Prospect

- Steady Work - you tell us the hours you seek to work each week 15-30 hours per week

- Manage your own client portfolio

- $69.81 per hour +Super with NFP Sector HR Experience

- $72.96 per hour + Super with Stand-Alone HR Manager experience in smaller NFP

- $76.19 per hour + Super with NFP Sector Board Membership and HR Experience

- $100 per hour + GST - ACN - Company to Company Basis

- Current immediate opportunities available in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne

We only work in the not for profit sector so experience with the following is ideal:





- SCHADS Award and Classifications

- National Employment Standards

- Small Business unfair dismissal and severance pay exemptions

- Employment Contracts

- Fixed Term Contracts

This sort of work would likely to appeal to experienced HR Professionals who do not work full time elsewhere and so have time to undertake project work in business hours.

Most work off site (WFH) although occasional client site visits will be needed.

The work involves working with not for profit organisations undertaking a variety of fundamental HR tasks such as:

- recruitment

- policies

- employment contracts

- position descriptions

- wage determinations

- redundancies

- Award wage classifications

- Award advice

- Fair Work matters
