The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and significant government services to our community.

The Cultural Programs Coordinator supports the Learning and Development team in delivering training that builds employee capability to provide high-quality and customer-focused services.

It is responsible for the agency’s Aboriginal Cultural Footprint program, including coordination of face-to-face and online training, managing stakeholder relationships and contracts, driving continuous program improvements and supporting related learning and development activities.

The successful incumbent will need strong stakeholder engagement, organisational and problem-solving skills to foster meaningful collaboration, contribute to capability development and improve processes that support learning and development outcomes of the organisation.

Special Conditions

- A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
- Some out of hours and weekend work along with some intra/interstate travel may be required.

RemunerationASO5 - $92,122 to $102,456 pa + superannuation.
