About the role

Compassionate, skilled support workers to join a complex care team, supporting NDIS participants with high-quality, person-centred care. This is an opportunity for workers who thrive in complex care settings and want consistent, well-paid shifts.

Key responsibilities

- Provide support to NDIS participants with complex care needs

- Deliver person-centred care in line with NDIS standards

- Undertake sleepover shifts as available

- Work weekend shifts as required

About you

- Based in or able to reliably work in Millicent

- Experience with dementia care highly regarded

- Experience managing challenging behaviours highly regarded

- Manual handling experience highly regarded

- Genuine, caring approach and strong communication skills

- Certificate III Individual Support





- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current Police Check

- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Reliable transport
