As a branch of the Department of Treasury and Finance, we are trusted to deliver reliable, member‑focused superannuation services that genuinely make a difference. Our people are at the heart of our success, working in a positive, inclusive and supportive setting where expertise is valued, collaboration is encouraged, and meaningful work is delivered every day.
We’re South Australia’s lead agency for economic, digital, and financial policy outcomes. Our work touches every corner of the state, from enabling frontline services to driving digital transformation. And we do it all with one purpose: to make life better for the people who call South Australia home.
Why This Role Matters
At Super SA, data plays a critical role in understanding member needs, improving engagement, and shaping the services we deliver. As the Principal Campaign Data Analyst, you will transform complex information into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, optimise marketing performance, and enhance the experience of current and former South Australian public servants. Your work will directly contribute to delivering meaningful outcomes for members while supporting Super SA's long-term success.

From member journey mapping and segmentation through to ROI reporting and dashboard development, you'll play a key role in helping Super SA better understand and respond to member needs.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience using data analytics and business intelligence tools to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful insights.
- Strong capability in Power BI, Excel, Azure, Google Analytics, SQL, or similar technologies to extract, model and visualise data.
- The ability to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities hidden within large and complex datasets.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills,
with the ability to build productive relationships and translate technical information into clear recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, supported by a continuous improvement mindset.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence decision making through evidence-based insights and recommendations.
Why Join Us
Join a trusted organisation with a proud history of supporting South Australians for more than 120 years.
