Accessory Fitter NLH Workforce is looking for a practical and hands on Accessory Installer who enjoys working with their tools and tackling something different each day.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of vehicle fit out work, from interior installations and electrical components through to fitting external accessories and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with their hands and seeing the finished result.

The Role

- Strip and refit vehicle interiors including seats, bed bunks, dash panels and other components.
- Install air conditioning evaporators, microwaves, TVs, speakers, cabinets and electrical wiring.
- Fit and upholster cabinets with carpet and run air conditioning hoses.
- Remove and refit fuel tanks, toolboxes, water tanks and mudguards.
- Install racks, Icepack units, bullbars, sunvisors, roof lights, tail light bars, stainless steel panels and exhaust components.




- Connect water tanks to hoses and heaters and complete various customer requested installations.

About You

- Practical and hands on with good mechanical aptitude.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Previous vehicle, mechanical, assembly, construction or installation experience is highly regarded.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
- Reliable, willing to learn and able to work well as part of a team.
