The role involves providing clinical oversight to ensure care delivery aligns with legislative, accreditation, and organisational standards. You will conduct clinical audits, support quality improvement initiatives,



and ensure readiness for accreditation processes. Applying your expertise, you'll review resident records, support complex case assessments, and guide clinical staff on best practice and compliance. Your contribution will help maintain high standards of care, foster staff capability, and enhance resident outcomes.

Requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Extensive experience in residential aged care and clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, governance, and compliance
- Proven ability to lead audits, quality improvement, and accreditation preparation
- Strong communication, mentorship, and data management skills
