About the Role

Lead CALHN’s Injury Management team and shape services that support safe, sustainable return to work. You’ll guide complex claims, build strong partnerships and drive quality systems that improve outcomes for our people and organisation.

- Lead and mentor the Injury Management team
- Manage complex and high-risk injury claims
- Drive early, safe and sustainable return to work
- Develop injury management plans, programs and strategies




- Build partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Guide legal, compensation and dispute matters
- Monitor claims, service outcomes and performance data
- Maintain legislative, audit and accreditation standards
- Drive service improvement and reduce organisational risk

About You

You are a strategic Injury Management leader who combines expert knowledge, sound judgement and strong people leadership to achieve positive return to work outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent expertise
- Bring extensive injury management and return to work experience
- Lead teams, systems and strategies in complex organisations
- Interpret workers compensation legislation and complex claims
- Provide expert advice and negotiate with key stakeholders
