We have partnered with a leading global business to appoint an executive to lead its Marine operations across Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the Global President, you will take full responsibility for the region’s strategy, financial performance, operations and people.

You will lead a talented team across diverse markets, building on strong foundations while identifying new opportunities for growth. Success will call for commercial judgement, operational discipline and a genuine understanding of customers and their needs.

The Opportunity

As Vice President - APAC Marine, you will:

- Set and deliver the regional growth strategy, identifying opportunities across markets, products and technologies.

- Own the regional P&L;, with accountability for sales, profitability, cash flow, planning and resource allocation.

- Lead a customer-focused business, strengthening relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners.

- Align Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations around clear priorities, performance measures and strategic plans.

- Drive operational excellence across distribution and service, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance.

- Build and develop a culturally diverse leadership team, with clear accountability for performance and results.

- Represent APAC Marine in regional and global forums, lead strategic initiatives and travel within the region and internationally

What Are We Looking For?

You will be a commercially astute, hands-on leader who brings operational experience,



inspires your team and delivers measurable business results and will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations, Finance or a related field; an MBA is highly regarded.

- Leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution or a product-based business.

- Proven success delivering growth strategies, operating plans and budgets.

- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including profitability, cash flow and performance analysis.

- Experience driving operational improvement across manufacturing, distribution and service.

- Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and regulatory compliance requirements.

- The ability to respond to changing technologies, markets and customer needs.
