About the Role

Tasman Rope Access is seeking experienced and skilled Operations Support Officer to join the team in Glynde, SA.

You will be providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Operations team. Maintaining accurate system data, support project financial processes and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

Your Day

• Perform general tasks within IFS, including maintaining accurate and timely operational and project information.

• Support the setup of sales contracts for approved quotes as required.

• Complete project setups for Tasman Rope Access WA operations.

• Update sales contracts to accurately reflect project details and approved changes.

• Assist with the creation of purchase orders as required.

• Monitor completed projects and shutdowns and assist with tender and project close-outs.

• Receipt purchase orders following approval by the relevant manager.

• Prepare IFS reports requested by Superintendents or the Head of Operations.

• Review prepared claims in IFS before submission and identify any discrepancies for correction.

• Reconcile project-related costs and assist with operational financial processing.

• Run required operational and financial reports each month.

• Assist Operations Managers with work-in-progress (WIP) reviews.

• Assist with quoting shutdowns and small projects in collaboration with Operations Managers and relevant teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operational and financial workflows.

• Communicate with clients and attend client meetings when required.





• Provide flexible support to the Operations team and collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Undertake ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as directed by the Head of Operations or relevant manager.

About You

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Previous experience in a similar operations support or administrative role.

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.

• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
