Primary Objective: Under the direction of the Executive Manager Food Services and Operations Group Inventory Manager, provide a cost-effective stock control management service for Alice Springs Hospital, Food Services adhering to procurement guidelines, supplier contractual arrangement and compliance with Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point Food Secure certification protocols.
