Primary Objective: Provide strategic financial and business management advice, analysis and support to allocated business units, driving financial accountability, performance improvement, informed decision-making. and coordinate high-level governance and secretariat support for the agency Budget and Finance Committee. The role works with considerable day-to-day autonomy across a complex correctional workplace, partnering with senior leaders and operational areas to strengthen corporate governance, service delivery and compliance.
