We’re looking for a warm, intuitive, and proactive Guest Services Agent to join our front of house team on a part time basis. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in creating great experiences, and brings calm confidence to every shift.

As part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection, The Motley blends local character with global standards and our team plays a key role in bringing that to life for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the face of the hotel, setting the tone from arrival to departure.

- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences

- Respond to guest requests and enquiries with efficiency, care, and attention to detail

- Confidently manage guest concerns and service recovery, ensuring positive outcomes

- Maintain front desk operations including phone, email, and in-person communication

- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to deliver a smooth guest experience

- Provide local recommendations and insights, helping guests connect with the Richmond neighbourhood





- Support general front office operations and ensure presentation standards are consistently met

What You’ll Bring

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences

- Solid communication skills with a warm, confident approach

- The ability to stay calm, solution-focused, and professional under pressure

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a guest services, front desk, or hospitality role

- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
