About the role

An Administration Officer to join our team over the busy Summer period. You will work alongside the existing admin team, providing additional support where needed, to help ensure things run smoothly when we are at busiest. The role will be a varied support role and is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, is confident dealing with customers and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

Key responsibilities may include

- Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries

- Booking customer servicing and installs

- Assisting with scheduling

- Responding to emails and online enquiries

- Updating customer and job information

- General administrative duties

- Supporting the quoting team with building job cards and sending quotes

- Liaising with customers and field team

- Data entry and monitoring of job statuses

- Providing additional support as required

About you

- Previous administration or reception experience highly regarded

- Must have experience in Microsoft office suite and Google docs suite





- A friendly and professional phone manner

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Good computer and data entry skills

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment

- Confidence learning recent systems and processes

- A flexible, positive and team focused attitude

- HVAC experience or Service M8 familiarity will also be highly regarded
