Warehouse & Vending Operations Assistant

Ravenhall, VIC | Casual (2–3 days/week)

This is not a typical warehouse job.

If you want to just stand around picking boxes all day, this isn't for you.

This role is split between:

- Warehouse operations

- Driving across Melbourne servicing vending machines

Some days you'll be in the warehouse. Other days you'll be out on the road, driving for 3–4 hours. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and suits someone who likes variety and responsibility.

What you'll be doing

Warehouse

- Pick & pack orders

- Receive and organise incoming stock

- Maintain inventory accuracy

- Keep the warehouse clean and running efficiently

On the road (Vending)

- Load stock into a van and drive to locations

- Restock vending machines

- Monitor stock levels and report issues

- Represent the business professionally on-site

General

- Assist with shipments and pallet prep

- Load/unload stock

- Help wherever needed to keep operations moving

What we're looking for

Non-negotiables:

- Reliable - you show up, on time, every time





- Physically capable (regular lifting of 15–20kg)

- Comfortable working independently

- Confident driver (small commercial vans + city driving)

- Must hold a current full car licence

- Basic tech skills (apps, scanning, simple systems)

- Must have Australian work rights

You'll do well if you are:

- Fast and effective

- Self-motivated (don't need constant direction)

- Practical and solution-focused

- Happy being on the road and not stuck in one place

- Willing to contribute ideas and help create systems

Nice to have (but not required)

- Forklift or warehouse experience

- Experience in logistics, delivery, or field service

- Familiarity with Shopify
