We are seeking an exceptional Director of Enrolments to lead and shape the student enrolment journey from first enquiry through to graduation. This is a unique opportunity for a relational, strategic, and highly organised leader who is passionate about serving families and helping grow a flourishing Christian community school.

This is a permanent full time (1.0 FTE) commencing Term 4, 2026.

As the face of enrolments, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming prospective families, driving enrolment growth, strengthening student retention, and ensuring every family's experience reflects the warmth, excellence, and Christian ethos of our school.

Pacific Hills Christian School is a co-educational K-12 Christian school with 1500 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney. The School is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. The School emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being 'to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour'. Working closely with the Principal, Assistant Principals', Heads of School, Marketing, Business, and Administration teams, you will provide strategic leadership of the enrolment function across the school, overseeing:

- Student enrolment and retention strategies
- Family enquiries and relationship management
- School tours and enrolment interviews
- Government and compliance reporting
- International student enrolments
- Student database management and reporting
- Analysis of enrolments trends and future growth opportunities

You are an outstanding communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and building trusted relationships. You bring a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a heart for Christian education.

Ideally, you will demonstrate:

- Exceptional interpersonal customer relationship skills
- Strong presentation and public engagement abilities
- Experience in enrolments, admissions, marketing, customer service, or stakeholder engagement
- High-level organisational and project management skills
- Robust data management and reporting capability
- Confident working with databases and technology systems
- The ability to analyse trends and develop initiatives that support enrolment growth and retention
