Sales Associate to Selling Principal
Location: Buderim, Sunshine Coast
Salary: Base + Super + Comms (Depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven Sales Associate to work directly alongside a highly successful Selling Principal within a high-performing, multi-office real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Selling Principal with daily prospecting and database management
- Assist with the complete A–Z listing and sales process
- Conduct and assist with open homes and private inspections
- Follow up buyer enquiries and provide regular buyer feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective sellers and buyers




- Assist with property appraisals and valuations
- Coordinate building and pest inspections
- Manage buyer enquiry following current listings and open homes
- Conduct prospecting calls and nurture potential vendors
- Assist with preparing properties for market and coordinating sales campaigns
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, building inspectors and other relevant parties

About You

- Previous real estate experience, ideally within sales or sales support
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Reliable vehicle and drivers license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with buyers and prospective vendors
- A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
