About the role
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our brand. You will help customers find what they need, keep the shop floor looking fantastic, and support daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, genuine, and proactive customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales accurately using the POS register.
- Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain high visual standards.
- Handle general housekeeping and stock control duties.
- Follow up quotes with customers.
- Book in customer jobs.
