About the role

This is initially a casual Service Manager position working approximately 3 days per week. As the organisation grows and participant numbers increase, the role is expected to progressively increase in hours, with the potential to move to a full-time, 5-day-per-week position when operational capacity supports it. The Service Manager will have responsibility for approximately 10 -20 participants at full operational capacity, across SIL and community support arrangements. You will be responsible for ensuring participants receive safe, consistent and high-quality supports while leading workforce coordination, rostering, compliance and operational planning.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day service operations across allocated participants and SIL homes.

- Ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and in accordance with participant needs.

- Identify operational issues early and implement practical solutions.

- Develop and maintain effective participant and staff rosters.

- Proactively identify and resolve roster gaps.

- Build reliable backup staffing capacity.

- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and workforce planning.





- Ensure adequate staffing is available to support service continuity.

- Maintain oversight of participant wellbeing, support delivery and service quality.

- Ensure participant care plans, health plans and support documentation are current.

About you

- Experienced in NDIS service management, preferably within SIL or complex support.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong in rostering and workforce planning.

- Confident managing staff and resolving operational issues.

- Experienced with NDIS compliance, documentation and audit preparation.

- Proactive rather than reactive.

- A solid problem solver who takes ownership of tasks.

- Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support or related field.

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

- Blue Card.
