Its BIM and Design Technology function plays an important role in supporting project teams and continually improving how the practice works.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for an experienced BIM Lead / BIM Manager to take ownership of BIM strategy, standards and implementation within a leading architectural practice.
You will work closely with project teams, leadership and the wider Design Technology function to ensure BIM processes are being effectively implemented across projects.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on with BIM technology while also having the influence to improve systems, processes and capability across a large practice.
You will have the opportunity to shape how teams use Revit and BIM, support project delivery, develop internal capability and contribute to the ongoing evolution of digital design technology.

DUTIES

- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of BIM standards and processes.
- Provide BIM leadership and support across multiple project teams.
- Develop and maintain Revit templates, libraries and project standards.
- Review models and documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support project teams with BIM setup, workflows and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology.




- Develop and deliver BIM training across the practice.
- Mentor and develop BIM coordinators and technical staff.
- Work with senior leadership to identify and implement improvements to digital workflows.
- Stay across emerging BIM and design technology and assess their application to the practice.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Significant experience working in BIM within an architectural practice.
- Advanced Revit knowledge and strong understanding of BIM workflows.
- Experience developing and implementing BIM standards across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural documentation and project delivery.
- Experience with Revit families, templates, model management and QA.
- Ability to train, mentor and support architects and technical staff.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading BIM across a large or complex architectural environment.
- A proactive approach to improving technology, processes and project outcomes.
