As a Home Lending Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our lending portfolio by building trusted relationships, partnering with branch teams and guiding customers through one of life’s biggest financial decisions.

What will your key responsibilities include?

- Act as first point of contact for Home Lending enquiries, positively interacting with customers and building strong relationships.

- Managing the loan application process from start to finish, including gathering documentation, assessing financials, and ensuring smooth coordination for credit assessment.

- Understanding customer needs and provide tailored lending solutions that support their financial goals while meeting policy and responsible lending requirements.

- Represent Greater Bank in the community and generate new business through referrals, networking and strong professional relationships.

- Partnering with branch teams to increase home loan referrals and strengthen lending capability.

- Monitoring portfolio performance and taking action to address service, quality or growth opportunities.





- Identifying and managing lending and operational risks while maintaining compliance and accreditation requirements.

What are we looking for?

- An experienced and passionate home lender with a strong customer focus and a proven record of achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities and growing a lending portfolio.

- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships within the community.

- Relevant qualifications in finance, business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accurately checking and transferring data.

- In-depth knowledge of Retail Banking and a strong understanding of Financial Services Legislation and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.

- A results-focused approach with the ability to make timely, effective decisions.

- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
