We have immediate vacancies for Fulltime and Casual experienced Butchers at our Melton store located in Western Suburbs of Melbourne. The right person will be:

- An experienced butcher that excels at processing traditional cuts and customer service,

- Passionate about their trade and keen to develop our apprentices and lesser experienced butchers,

- Understanding of the need to maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene,

- Experienced in breaking BEEF, and working with Carcass Stock and Value Add Products, and





- A person who loves food and talking to customers on the best cuts and cooking methods.
