Backam Group is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers for an established client based in Arndell Park, NSW.

These positions offer long-term, ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable and safety-focused operators. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation with consistent hours and career growth potential.

? Role: High Reach Forklift Driver
? Employment Type: Casual Ongoing (Temp to Perm)
? Roster: Monday to Friday
⏰ Shifts Available: Day, Afternoon
? Pay Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate + Super + Overtime
? Start Date: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
Putaways and replenishments within racking systems
Loading and unloading trucks
Picking and staging orders for dispatch
RF scanning and inventory movements
Receiving and dispatching stock
General warehouse duties and housekeeping




Maintaining a safe and productive work setting

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current LF Forklift Licence
Minimum 12 months High Reach Forklift experience
Experience working in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transport and strong attendance record
Ability to work independently and within a team

Highly Desirable:

RF Scanning experience
High Reach Forklift experience
Experience with high-volume warehouse operations
Availability for overtime and immediate starts
