Growth Farms Australia (GFA) is a privately owned asset management business, focused on delivering investor returns whilst improving the assets and reducing the environmental impacts of the operation.

GFA is responsible for the management of Carnarvon, a privately owned enterprise focus consisting of 2,800 ha of dryland cropping and small amount of irrigation farming located near Mullaley.

GFA and Carnarvon have a solid company culture and are looking for an experienced farm hand to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Operation and maintenance of a variety of machinery including spraying units, spreaders and chaser bins/headers, depending on operational requirements.

- General farm duties.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Support and improve WHS practices on the farm.





Key Requirements:

- Shows initiative, responsibility and a positive attitude to work.

- Be physically fit and able to fulfill all requirements of the role.

- Willingness to learn.

- Sound mechanical ability.

- Additional certifications such as Chem Cert and HR licence are advantageous, however not essential.

- Driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential.
