The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist seeking a rewarding new challenge? Humanity Health Group, a leading provider of rehabilitation services, is seeking a talented Rehabilitation Consultant to join their dynamic team in Sydney, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans

- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions, including functional training, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive equipment prescription

- Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and coordinate care

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research and innovation

What We're Looking For

- Registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with the relevant Australian regulatory body

- Experience in occupational rehabilitation industry





- Demonstrated expertise in client-centred care and the ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
