We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join a growing team managing residential repair and restoration projects across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site assessments, inspections, reporting, and scope of works preparation
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and variations where required
- Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage multiple residential repair projects concurrently
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with homeowners, insurers, and stakeholders,



providing regular project updates
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations, codes, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and oversee project completion
- Maintain accurate project documentation using company systems and project management software

About You

- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Carpentry background preferred
- Experience supervising, coordinating, or managing residential construction, renovation, maintenance, or insurance repair projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices, building codes, and WHS requirements
- Ability to prepare scopes of work, quotations, and variations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence using project management or estimating software
