This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join a collaborative project team and play a key role in coordinating procurement, tendering and supplier activities across large scale infrastructure projects.

You’ll work closely with project teams, suppliers and key stakeholders, helping to ensure procurement activities are delivered smoothly, efficiently and in line with governance and compliance requirements.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the coordination of procurement and tender activities, from documentation and evaluation through to approvals and recommendations
• Supporting supplier onboarding and compliance requirements
• Maintaining procurement documentation, records and reporting
• Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement compliance across the project
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams




• Supporting contract administration and audit readiness activities
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep procurement activities on track

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in procurement, contracts administration, commercial support or project coordination
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of governance and compliance
• Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a project setting
