Your new role

This position performs general maintenance, repairs, various manual tasks and grounds maintenance across Carpentaria owned, leased, and managed properties.

The ideal candidate

- Experience in various repairs and maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing and grounds maintenance,
- Prior experience in a similar role or background in a relevant trade
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to a high standard with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality work
- Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance, general repairs and grounds maintenance
- The capacity to undertake manual tasks including heavy lifting and working outdoors for extended periods of time
- Sound level of computer literacy,



with the ability to confidently utilise email and other electronic applications such as maintenance service request systems
- Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, NDIS Worker Orientation, First Aid & CPR Certificate and NT Driver Licence.
